SS Rajamauli’s Baahubali to be screened in Pakistan international film festival

The master storyteller also thanked organizers for showering love on India’s highest grossing magnum opus series. The Prestigious four-day Pakistan international film festival will begin on March 29 and conclude on April 1. The mega international conclave will be held in Karachi. Other film's that will be screened at PIFF include "Dear Zindagi", "Ankhon Dekhi", "Hindi Medium", "Kadvi Hawa", "Nil Battey Sannata", "Songs Of The Scorpions" and Marathi movie "Sairat".

In order to converge the international filmmakers and their work to Pakistan, the international film festival is being organized under the banner of Karachi Film Society (KFS). The creative group work to promotes both Pakistani cinema and filmmakers by showcasing their films to diverse international audiences. The four-day festival will screen features, short films, and documentaries from Pakistan and around the world.

India’s first highest grosser, Baahubali: The Conclusion is the brainchild of Veteran Writer V Vijayendra Prasad, father of legendary director SS Rajamauli. The Prabhas starrer two-part magnum opus was originally shot in Telugu and Tamil and dubbed in Hindi and Malayalam. The epic drama was bankrolled by Arka Media Works, the leading production houses down south helmed by Producer Shobu Yarlagadda.

After setting Japan box office on fire, SS Rajamauli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion is ready for its China schedule. According to latest industry buzz, makers of Baahubali franchise are gearing up to hit the China market after the stupendous success in the domestic market.
