Washington, March 31: The Islamic State terrorist organization which was ones known as the most dangerous terrorist group is now witnessing a historic fall in Syria due to continuous bombing by the US-led coalition armed forces. Therefore, taking a cognizance into this, the United States President Donald Trump said that the US troops would withdraw from Syria very soon.

In a televised rally in the state of Ohio, US President Donald Trump said that the United States will withdraw from war-torn Syria very soon. He said, "We will be coming out of Syria very soon. Let the other people take care of it now."

However, President Trump criticized other countries saying the US spends trillions of dollars in the Middle East, but get nothing in return. Sometimes referred to as land. We're taking it all back quickly."

US troops in Syria are mostly stationed in the northern part of the country and are embedded with the Kurdish YPG, its main ally in fighting ISIS. The statement of President Trump comes a month after the United States began reducing the number of forces deployed in Iraq after the Iraqi authorities declared victory over Islamic State terrorist organization.

The United States-led international coalition fighting Islamic State earlier estimated that less than 1,000 terrorists belonging to the hardline Sunni militant group remain in Syria. Interestingly, Syria was affected due to self-proclaimed caliphate ISIS captured many important provinces. Over 80,000 foreigners from countries such as Tunisia, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Germany, France and the Caucasus were recruited and traveled to Syria between 2013 and 2016 to fight alongside ISIS.
