Islamabad, March 5: Legendary cricketer and former Pakistan Skipper Imran Khan announced that he would contest the general election from Karachi. Launching a fierce attack on ruling party, the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chief stated that massive corruption and illegal activities fuelled by corrupt political parties have ruined the affairs of Karachi.

As reported by the Dawn on this occasion, Khan assured that if given a chance to serve, his government will take serious steps against the culprits involved in graft cases. Expressing confidence about the performance of Tehreek-i-Insaf, the sportsmen tuned politician predicted the earth-shattering victory of his establishment. He further added that the current government has only three months of its tenure left and no one can stop the wave of change.
