Bengaluru, April 11: Veteran actor Prakash Raj has urged political outfits not to settle scores on the issues associated with larger public interest. Speaking to the media, the ace after stated that exiting Cauvery river water sharing dispute could be resolved with a strong political will. He mentioned that people should become aware of the vested interest of political establishments.
Commenting on the functioning of Central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Raj known for his open criticism once again targeted ruling party BJP for the Cauvery fiasco. The actor-activist appealed regional outfits to voice their anger against the policies of central government. Clearing his stand on recent outburst of film personalities like Superstar Rajani and Kamal Haasan, the maverick actor observed that industry people should not comment on socio-political issues just for the sake of opinion.
