Ranbir, a brave heart boy overturns death; climbs 50 feet up to inform administration about bus accident in Himachal’s Kangra

Kangra, April 11: A small brave heart boy overturns death! Notably, a 10-year-old boy named Ranbir managed to alert the Himachal administration about his school bus falling into a gorge in Nurpur city of Kangra district. Notably, in this unfortunate accident, at least 23 children including 12 boys and 11 girls besides four adults lost their lives.

 

Ranbir climbed 50 feet up and reached the main road who fell out of the bus when it began rolling down the 100-feet deep gorge. The class V student immediately after reaching the main road stopped a passerby riding a motorcycle and reached a nearby shop from where he informed the local administration about the accident.

At least 27 people including 23 children and four adults lost their lives after a school bus fell down into a deep gorge Nurpur in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur also ordered to conduct a magisterial probe into the tragedy and relief of Rs 5 lakh each to families of the deceased. Also, President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, also expressed condolences over the tragedy and solidarity with the bereaved families.


In June last year, ten pilgrims were killed and fifty others wounded after a private bus fell down into a deep gorge near Dhaliara, some 60 km from Dharamshala town in Kangra district. Also, in the month of May last year, a tragic incident took place in which a bus fell into Bhagirathi river near Nalupani while returning from Gangotri shrine in the Himalayas. In this accident, 29 pilgrims from Madhya Pradesh were killed.
