Islamabad, April 12: A photograph depicting former cricketer and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf chief Imran Khan as a Hindu god Lord Shiva has triggered a debate in Pakistan. Imran Khan's god Shiva in Pakistan is getting viral, after which the fight has started. But the more astonishing thing is that even Pakistan Parliament has intervened into this matter.

Although discrimination against Hindus and their gods in Pakistan is common, this time the matter is different. Pakistan is actually a Muslim country; In fact, after the social media in Pakistan, this picture is not only opposed by Hindu living in Pakistan but also in the Pakistani parliament, there has been a lot of furor over it.

The Pakistani parliament has referred the case of Tehreek-e-Insaf president Imran Khan to a Hindu deity to the Federal Investigation Agency. Earlier, in parliament, a PPP member alleged that this work was done by Nawaz Sharif's party Muslim League.

Taking the matter very seriously, the Speaker has asked to hand over the inquiry report at the earliest. Actually, this picture has been shared on a Facebook page which supports the Nawaz Sharif's party. This photo was posted on 8th April. Hindus living in Pakistan have also registered a protest against this whole incident.

Meanwhile, several Hindus and Muslims condemned the viral photo on social media and street protests were also organized at a few places to condemn the photograph. Following the row, the post has been deleted from the Facebook page, reports said.
