Dehradun, April 2: The government is not ready to accept the pressure of school operators to implement the NCERT books in the state's non-government schools. Education Minister Arvind Pandey said that no need to compromise on NCERT books will not be compromised. This decision taken in the interest of the general public will be strictly enforced. Of course, private school operators can keep their problems in front of the government. On the other hand, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat also clarified that only legitimate things of private school managers will be heard.

In the state, the Government has issued the mandate of NCERT books to be made mandatory in the non-government schools affiliated to CBSE and Uttarakhand Board. The above order is to be implemented in the new session beginning on April 1. Private school operators are protesting against the said order, while the general public, various social welfare organizations and the Uttarakhand Primary Teachers Association are standing in support of the government in this case.

At present, every step is being taken to make pressure on the government from private schools. In a media discussion on Friday, Education Minister Arvind Pandey said that the government made with the massive support of the people has taken the said decision in the interest of the common man.

He said that the government will not be able to step back with its decision under any pressure. There should be no politics in this case. Chief Minister Rawat said that decision has been taken to implement the NCERT books. There is discontent among private school managers about this. Their justifications will be heard in this regard.
