Lucknow, April 20: Leaving no stones unturned in bringing fresh air of progress and development in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath definitely needs applause. In an era full of social media and social networking UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s Facebook page has been judged the most popular among all other chief ministers in the country.

In ranking released by the social media platform on Thursday, Yogi’s page beat those of Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje and Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani to emerge as the most popular.

 

Facebook has released data of top ranked Facebook pages of government bodies, ministries and political parties in India. The data looks at the popularity of these accounts from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 and is based on the total interactions that include total reactions, shares and comments on the page.

Other than this, Facebook also ranked the top Rajya Sabha member, top Lok Sabha member, top Cabinet minister and most popular political party. Interestingly, while BJP’s Facebook page is the most active, Aam Aadmi Party is in the second place, having beaten Congress to the number three position.

BJP has been very active on social media and has used as an important tool to connect with the people. When it comes to Yogi Adityanath, the CM has always been active and leaned towards helping people with their difficulties. The CM has shown immense progress and development in the state and his team has worked hard in bringing this progress effectively.
