TDP trying to influence Telugu voters in Karnataka: BJP leader P Manikyala Rao

Hyderabad, April 5: Launching a serious attack on Chandra Babu led Telugu Desam Party, Senior Andhra Pradesh BJP leader P Manikyala Rao alleged that Andhra’s ruling party will make all possible move to upset the prospects of BJP in upcoming high stake Karnataka polls.

Speaking to the media, the former Minister said that a special task force has been sent to Karnataka to influence the major chunk of Telugu community in the name Special category status. According to media reports, several Telugu organizations based in various parts of the state are reportedly unhappy with the center over the non-fulfillment of demands associated with AP reorganization act.

The BJP leader opined that TDP will defiantly coin the emotional sentiments to mobilize anti- BJP Votes. Rao further added that BJP’s central leadership is aware of the developments and proper strategies will be adopted to counter TDP’s sabotage plan.
