Delhi to host the 5th MSME expo in the month of June

New Delhi, April 6: The Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) in collaboration with the MSME Development Forum is hosting the 5th Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) expo at the Pragati Maidan in National Capital between June 21 and 23.

The event is being held to provide awareness for budding entrepreneurs regarding the opportunities being provided by the Centre in order to initiate innovative startup's and to promote business.

 

During the three-day event, exhibitors will be putting up stalls while visitors will get plenty of opportunities to find new business opportunities, attend speaker sessions and startup fest. The forum will also address the numerous challenges being faced by small as well as medium entrepreneurs via different sessions, which will be hosted and chaired by dignitaries and experts.

Sharing more details around the expo, Rajnish Goenka, Chairman - MSMEs Development Forum stated, "At MSME- DF, we look forward to meeting the unique requirements of the MSMEs and start-ups in India. Through our forum, we wish to address their concerns and help them to overcome challenges related to smooth operations.”

“The core objective of the expo is to inspire as well as encourage the youth and budding entrepreneurs to set up their own enterprises as well as focus on educating them about the primary differences between MSME and startup."

The forum also aims at spreading information and awareness around a multitude of government schemes and transforming job seekers into job creators. The expo will help aspiring entrepreneurs, businesses and MNCs in establishing global connect, promoting their businesses, networking with the right partners and spreading awareness around entrepreneurship in the country.

The expo will help upcoming entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts in developing, promoting as well as propelling the growth of trade, industry, MSMEs, young entrepreneurs, start-ups and others.

The 5th MSME Expo and Startup Fest will also help upcoming entrepreneurs in identifying new markets for growth and expansion. Startups will also be able to establish strong partnerships with manufacturers and display their new innovations, products and services before a huge set of buyers and visitors. Since its formation, MSME Development Forum has worked as a catalyst between the central/state government, business community and budding young entrepreneurs.
