Jharkhand puts board for third, fourth grade govt jobs: ‘Reserved for state locals only’

Ranchi, May 10: Now state-level third and fourth-grade jobs are reserved for Jharkhand local residents only by the Raghubar Das govt for ten years.

Raghubar cabinet has blocked the way for the employment of outsiders in. Other recommendations of the Committee on Planning Policy will be considered later. According to the decision of the Cabinet regarding district-level jobs, in the non-scheduled districts as well as scheduled districts, local people will get employment opportunities for the next ten years. The notification will be issued only after the approval of the Election Commission.

Significantly, the Code of Conduct is applicable due to two assembly byelections in the state. The cabinet has approved a total of 15 proposals. It involves the construction of a large number of roads. Opportunities for state-level third and fourth-grade jobs will not be available anymore. The cabinet has taken this decision after consultation with the Advocate General on the Committee of Planning Policy.

The decision will be applicable after the acceptance of the Election Commission. For this, the cabinet has accepted the first recommendation of the committee formed for the planning policy. This recommendation will be effective in district level appointments for the next ten years. After getting the approval from the Election Commission, its notification will be issued.

Every person living in Jharkhand, who’s self or ancestors are enrolled in the survey report. On being landless, it will be identified by the Gram Sabha. It will be based on the familiar language, culture, and tradition.

Any person resides in the border of Jharkhand state for business or planning and other reasons for 30 years or more and has acquired real estate or the person's husband, husband and child will be local.
