LG Anil Baijal obstructing key projects; Arvind Kejriwal complaints to PM Modi

New Delhi, May 11: Annoyed with Delhi’s LG Anil Baijal’s alleged interference, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has sought Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s intervention in proposed CCTV installation in the state. In an official communication to Prime Minister Modi, Kejriwal accused Baijal of blocking key project associated with women’s safety. He further added that top authorities should refrain from politicizing.
Questioning the feasibility of committee on CCTV installation appointed by LG, the Chief Minister stated that deliberate attempts are being made in order to halt the ongoing development project. Earlier, Kejriwal locked horns with Anil Baijal on the issues like Mohalla Clinics and recent ouster of AAP leader Atishi Marlena from education board.
