Once again in Jammu and Kashmir, I have got the opportunity to come between all of you. Your warm, your affection is only what brings me here again and again. There has been no year in the past four years when I did not come here says, PM Modi, while addressing the function.

“I was here to spend among the victims during Diwali after floods. Also, I had the good luck to celebrate Diwali with seals positioned on the border. And today when the holy month of Ramadan is going on, I am also among you” he added.

Congratulating the people PM Modi said, “These projects are ready to add new dimensions in the development journey of Jammu and Kashmir.”

PM Modi further added, “This will not only free the state but also enough power. As soon as the power of Jammu and Kashmir is needed, a large part of it is accomplished by the other part of the country. 330 MW Starting this project will greatly reduce the problem of power shortage.”

These are unmatched precedents of project engineering. Many people have made austerity to complete it. The mountain's chest was transported to Badipora Sow's water through a tunnel of Chirakar Kishanganga says, PM Narendra Modi.

PM said that from this stage here, I have also had the opportunity of foundation stone laying in Srinagar ring road. On this road of 42 km, more than Rs 1200 crore will be spent. This ring road will largely reduce the problem of jams in the hinterlands of Srinagar city, making your life easier.

“Here is the ring road, Srinagar-Shopiya-Qazigund National Highway, or Chenani-Sudhamahadev-Goha Road, when it is completed, you will also be at the time of the people and a waste of resources” he added.

Pressing on the development in the state, PM said that to change the lives of Jammu and Kashmir, the balanced development of all parts of the state-Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh-is very important.

Emphasizing the importance of hydropower, PM Modi said, “Jammu has many rivers in Kashmir. Here is the immense possibility of hydropower. It is a part of the country which can not only create electricity for its own needs but also for the rest of the country. Keeping this in mind, we have been working on a number of projects in the past four years.”

“The government is on the mode in the state of delivering electricity to every household. Fortunately, the plan is now going to give a free power connection to every Jammu and Kashmir home where electricity is not reached yet” PM Modi said.

Giving the importance to the tourism sector, PM Modi said, “The largest medium of development in Jammu and Kashmir is a sector, which is tourism. These are the decades we have come to see. A sector that produces the highest employment on low investment has been the bhagayavidhata of Jammu and Kashmir. But now these sectors don't move on the old-modalities.”

“In view of the modern ecosystems that require tourism, our government is working. The higher the ecosystem, the greater the number of tourists in Jammu and Kashmir, the more the Jammu and Kashmir youngsters have new jobs, the more your earnings will grow” PM Modi said.

Pressing on the importance of Youth, PM Modi says “Today, many young in the state of Jammu and Kashmir are becoming role models for youngsters for other parts of the country. When you see the name of the youngsters in the civil service, meet them, then my happiness doubles.”

“This is the only responsibility on the younger generation to raise the pride of Jammu and Kashmir. There are so many resources in Jammu and Kashmir, so it is so much a resource, so there is no reason why Jammu and Kashmir is rotating across its other areas of India as well” added PM Modi.
