Amaravati/Hyderabad, May 21: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Chief Nara Chandra Babu Naidu is all set to join the much-anticipated swearing-in ceremony of Chief Minister-designate H D Kumaraswamy. After the high-voltage drama of floor test, Chandra Babu had openly hailed the developments in the neighboring state where BJP’s B.S. Yeddyurappa had to quit due to insufficient numbers.

In his recent teleconferencing with Minister, Babu informed about the invitation by Kumaraswamy. Naidu, who shares a warm relationship with JD(S) patron H D Deve Gowda will attend the programme in order to strengthen ties with the regional outfit for 2019 general elections.

According to media reports, Chandra Babu’s Telugu Desam allegedly spoiled the prospects of BJP in Karnataka-Hyderabad region where majority Telugu community lives. On the other hand, Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrashekar Rao, who had openly backed H D Deve Gowda’s Janta Dal in Karnataka polls, will share the dais with Chandra Babu on May 23.
