Gandhinagar, May 22: Expressing confidence over the performance of BJP in 2019 general elections, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that BJP will bag all Lok Sabha segments in Gujarat. In his recent media interaction with news agency IANS, the Chief Minister predicted that Congress party will continue its poor show in 2019 polls.
When asked about the impact of various agitation and protests in the state, Rupani underlined that despite all odd, BJP had managed to safeguard the home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President Amit Shah. Reacting to the reports of alleged resentment in Trader Community, the Chief Minister asserted that central government’s move of demonetization and implementation of the GST has refined the financial health of the state. He refuted that even after several issues, people from trade and Business background had backed BJP in high-stake Gujarat assembly elections 2017.
