Challenge Accepted, says PM Modi after Captain Virat Kohli passes on #HumFitTohIndiaFit challenge

New Delhi, May 24: Enveloping India under #HumFitTohIndiaFit campaign, today Prime Minister Narendra Modi sportingly accepted the challenge given by one of Indian cricket’s fittest players and the captain Virat Kohli. 

After Virat Kohli was challenged by the Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore, Kohli further passed on the challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, teammate and former captain MS Dhoni and wife Anushka Sharma to follow his lead.

 

In his tweet, Virat Kohli said, “I have accepted the #FitnessChallenge by @ra_THORe sir. Now I would like to challenge my wife @AnushkaSharma, our PM @narendramodi ji and @msdhoni Bhai for the same. #HumFitTohIndiaFit #ComeOutAndPlay.”

Reacting to this challenge, PM Modi tweeted, "Challenge accepted, Virat! I will be sharing my own #FitnessChallenge video soon. @imVkohli #HumFitTohIndiaFit."

 

As a part of #HumTohHaiFit Campaign, Union Minister and Olympic medalist Rajyavardhan Rathore posted a video on the internet which swayed the layer of fitness in the air. The video posted had a message on Indians to stay fit. He had asked people to take a video of their "fitness mantra" and share it in a bid to make people aware of the necessity of fitness. Along with Kohli, Minister Rathore had also challenged actor Hrithik Roshan and badminton ace Saina Nehwal to join in.

Accepting the challenge the ace actor Hrithik Roshan posted a video on Twitter riding a cycle and emancipating the masses to stay fit and healthy. Spreading the waves of fitness other athletes also came forward accepting the challenge and giving major fitness goals.

This initiative taken by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore brought forward this inspiring fitness mantra which has been trending on the social media so much that even the common man has taken part in this unique challenge. Social media has gone gaga over the fitness campaign led by the minister and soon there will be many celebs and sports personalities posting the fitness mantra leading a path to make India a healthy and fit country.
