PM Modi to visit Jharkhand on May 25: To gift several projects of 25000 Cr to the state

Ranchi, May 24: Jharkhand will get a pace in its development as PM Modi is going to lay the foundation for several projects which will add nothing but a feather to Jharkhand’s cap on Friday. Modi will be visiting in Sindri (Dhanbad) on the completion of four years of his government.

These are following the projects for which PM Modi is going to lay Foundation stone:

8X800 MW super thermal power plant in Patratu

In the first phase, installation of 3X800 MW plant, while 2X800 MW plant will be set up in the second phase. 8X800 MW Super Thermal Power Plant is being set up by Patratu Production Corporation Limited, joint venture formed by JBVNL and NTPC Patratu. The total cost of first phase is 18668 crores. The goal of completing the first phase is 2021-22. Banherdi block is allocated for the first phase. 1234 acres of land in the first phase has been made available, while 625 acres of land will be provided for the second phase.

Establishment of AIIMS in Deoghar under Prime Minister's Health Protection Scheme

AIIMS will be constructed at the cost of Rs 1,103 crore at Devghar. For this, 237 acres of land has been made available in Devpur area of Deogarh. It will be ready in 3 years 9 months (45 months). This 750-bed hospital will have 20 super specialty departments, 15 operational theater and 30-bed AYUSH hospital. There will also be medical colleges and nursing colleges.

There will be 100 MBBS students per batch in medical college, whereas 60 bcs per batch in nursing college will be a student of nursing. This will cover Jharkhand, Bihar and Uttarakhand. The people of adjoining areas of Bengal will get the benefit. There will be a large group of chicken and health workers available.

Hindustan Fertilizer Chemicals Limited (HURL) The foundation stone of the revival of Sindri unit

The production of urea will be self-sufficient according to the country's requirement. The price of urea caliber will be stabilized. The establishment of this plant will reduce the pressure on railways and road transport. The technique and technology of France will be used by the TechnoPay Company of France.

Minimum specific energy consumption and minimal pollution will be the plant. It will be built on 695 acres of land at a cost of Rs. 7000 crores. This project will be completed in 3 years. With the commissioning of this, 400 people will be employed directly and 2500 people will be indirectly employed.

The foundation stone for the construction of the airport at Deoghar

With the support of DRDO and Jharkhand government, the Airport Authority of India will be constructing Deoghar Airport. The airport will be built on a total of 653.75 acres of land. Its total cost is Rs. 401.32 crores. The north-eastern region of Jharkhand from this airport, north-western part of Bengal in the west and south-east region of Bihar will be more beneficial.

People from the country and all parts of the country will be able to reach important pilgrimage sites of the state; one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, Baidyanath Dham and one in 51 Shaktipeeth via air route.

The foundation stone of the gas distribution project by Pipeline in the Ranchi urban area

A total of 5097 sq km will be in the area. This will benefit the population of 30 lakhs.

Distribution of appointment letter to CCL's displaced persons

For the purpose of CCL projects under the Ministry of Coal, one person of the affected family is being recruited in the rank of category-1 to the total wage of Rs.26293 / - in lieu of the land acquired in 8 districts of Jharkhand. After 6 months 32864 rupees will be paid. The appointment letter is being given to 100 young people of CCL. In December 15, 2018, and 2020, the target of appointing 2000 youths is fixed.

Signing MoU for opening Jan Aushadhi Kendra

Under the Prime Minister Bharatiya Jana Drugs Project, MoU will be signed between the Health and Family Welfare Department of Jharkhand Government and the Department of Pharmaceutical Department of the Government of India, BPPI formed under the Ministry of Chemicals and Youth, in different districts of Jharkhand state. These centers will also be operated and supervised. 2.50 lakh central assistance will be given per center.
