Gandhinagar, May 29: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on Monday Chaired the review meeting of Sujalam Sufalam water conservation campaign through a special session of video conferencing. Interacting with the people of seven districts, Rupani thanked citizen for the overwhelming success of Sujalam Sufalam scheme. The state-wide drive will conclude on May 31 with Narmada Pooja.
Addressing the meeting, the Chief Minister hailed the efforts of people from all walks of life for contributing to the noble cause. He stated that united efforts through public participation will pave the way for drought free Gujarat.

Sharing details about the reports from ground zero, Rupani hoped that government’s flagship programme will improve the level of water table across the state. He further announced that state government will continue the existing scheme for better results. Commenting on the pending work, the Chief Minister directed officials and stakeholder to wrap up the ongoing work in order to meet the proposed deadlines.
