Bhopal, May 30: Now soon teachers of Madhya Pradesh will get an addition in salary as it has been decided to include 2 lakh 37 thousand contractual teachers in 7th pay scale. The decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday.


Cabinet also decided that no contractual employee in other government departments will be retrenched. Cabinet also decided that the contractual staffers will be given 15 days privilege leave, 13 days casual leave and 10 days other leave in a calendar year.
