New Delhi, May 9: Seeking job opportunities has become a task for most of the youngsters specially those who have just passed out. Generating employment and enabling the young generation to pursue their dreams the government has rolled out many initiatives. In a next, doors have been opened to bring in interns to get experience under Digital India Internship.

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today briefed about the newly launched Digital India Internship Scheme in New Delhi. Elaborating facts on the internship he stated that the training scheme will help the candidates get practical knowledge. It will give the student a chance to secure first-hand experience under the guidance of qualified and experienced supervisor and experts.

The internship scheme also aims at active participation in the learning process through experimentation and putting into practice the knowledge acquired in the classrooms. The availability of work will be given to 25 interns who would also be given stipend of Rs 10,000/- and will be inducted for a term of three months. The Union Minister also thanked the NIC who will induct 10 interns separately.

 

A great opportunity for the students, the minister appealed to the youth to apply to the internship programme saying that Digital India is important in the scheme of things. The Minister asked officials to train the interns properly and handhold them in such a way that they get the incentive for the future.

Providing a great platform for the students, this Digital Internship will impose a great impact and also enable the students to explore wider aspects of digital arena. This training scheme would also help the students and candidates to have future prospects.
