UNHCR desperate for repatriation of Rohingyas; Selectively ignoring long-pending Baloch, Tibetan and Pandits’ rights issues?

Geneva/new york, June 1: Supercharging the Myanmar government on the much-hyped Rohingya issue, the otherwise dumb, deaf and blind United Nations Human Rights Council with the UN Refugee Agency, and UNDP, are forcing a tripartite Memorandum to establish a framework for cooperation aimed at creating the conditions conducive to the voluntary, safe, dignified and sustainable repatriation of Rohingyas to their places of origin (?) or of their choosing (?).

A statement released by the United Nations Human Rights Council and the UN refugee agency states that with the Myanmar Government they have ‘agreed’ on the text for the tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It is planned that the MoU will be signed in the course of the next week, the exact date of which is still to be confirmed.
The desperation and hyperactiveness of the UNHRC in the Rohingya Muslims’ issue send a strong conspicuous message to the world when the long pending Baloch and Tibetan rights issues with the Kashmiri Pandit repatriation matters are sidelined and brushed aside by the global Human Rights giants for years.
Similarly, the sense of surpassing and supercharging the Myanmar government enters where the statement says: “The MoU once signed, will affirm the Myanmar Government’s commitment to work with UNHCR and UNDP to find a solution for the Rohingya population, in line with the recommendations of the Advisory Commission on Rakhine State.”
Ironically the sinister plan of rooting the Rohingya Muslims within the non-Islamic nations like India and Sri Lanka is being suspiciously unattended by the global Human Rights preaches like Amnesty and UNHRC.
In September 2017 NewsBharati first revealed the brutal face of Muslim Rohingyas who slaughtered Hindu refugees in front of the eyes of children and women by the Muslim Rohingya goons.

Most recently, the AMNESTY International published a report which gives outraging details of the horrifying crimes similar to the crimes and brutality manifested by the Islamic State fighters; will the AMNESTY now stop portraying the Muslim Rohingyas as the misfortunate victims of the human rights violations and expose their true vicious face of bloodthirsty inhuman racists who are on a spree to kill the innocents from the other religion.

The desperation of the UNHRC and the UNDP for repatriation of Rohingya comes under scanner when both entities are selectively disregarding the Non-Muslim refugees in the various part of the world. The People from Balochistan, Kashmiri Pandits and the Tibetans are major groups who are asking for justice for several years. The UNHRC has never heeded to their pleas and plight and never shown any sign of activeness for those genuine victims of Human Rights.
The UNHRC is focusing on the Myanmar Government’s efforts to change the current situation in Rakhine state and is also intended to support recovery and resilience-based development for the benefit of all communities living in Rakhine State.
The agreement will provide a framework for UNHCR and UNDP to be given access to Rakhine State, including to refugees’ places of origin and areas of potential return that has not been permitted since violence broke out in August 2017. The access, once effective, will allow UNHCR to assess the conditions on the ground and carry out protection activities. This will also enable UNHCR to eventually provide independent information to refugees about the conditions in their places of origin, helping them to make informed decisions if the conditions are right for them to return in safety and dignity. The MoU will also allow the two UN agencies to carry out needs assessments in affected communities and strengthen the capacity of local authorities to support the voluntary repatriation process.
On 13 April 2018, the Government of Bangladesh and UNHCR also signed a MoU relating to voluntary returns of Rohingya refugees once conditions in Myanmar are deemed conducive.
