Shehla Rashid claims RSS, Nitin Gadkari behind PM Modi’s assassination plot; fearing to legal action terms it ‘Sarcasm’
New Delhi, June 11: In last five years mainly after PM Modi-led BJP government came to power, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is been in the headlines but for only anti-social and anti-Indian activities. Many students of JNU including Umar Khalid, Kanhaiya Kumar, Shehla Rashid etc came into limelight for their anti-India activities.
Notably, Pune police on June 8 unearthed Maoists’ plot to assassinate PM Modi. A day after the massive conspiracy came to light, a former JNU student Shehla Rashid indirectly expressed her full support for those elements who were planning to assassinate PM Modi.
Shehla Rashid on her mission to save those anti-India elements shamelessly downplayed Maoists plot to assassinate PM Modi but also blamed BJP for lynching Muslims and Communists in future. She further alleged that RSS or Union Minister Nitin Gadkari is planning to assassinate PM Modi.
She said in a tweet, “Looks like RSS/Gadkari is planning to assassinate Modi, and then blame it upon Muslims/Communists and then lynch Muslims #RajivGandhiStyle.”
The tweet raised an important question- How Shehla Rashid came to know that plot of Modi’s assassination will lead in lynching of Muslims and Communists? Is Shehla involved in plot of Modi’s assassination? Is she unknowingly telling us their own future plans of lynching Muslims and Communists?
Downplaying PM Modi’s assassination plot, supporting anti-India, anti-Modi elements, knowledge of future plots etc raises many questions on Shehla Rashid’s involvement. Who Knows! But security agencies must find out.
After the Shehla Rashid’s shameless and illogical tweet, she has got a reward from the other twitteratis who expressed their anger. Here are the reactions of other twitteratis.
A twitterati named @abhimay said, “Mam M Phil ke bAad aajkal fictions padh rahe ho kya.”
A Twitter handle named @HinduAmericans slammed Shehla Rashid and said, “You should be charged for this inflammatory tweet. You have violated several laws with this crazy, insane lying tweet.”
Another Twitterati named @VedTiwari asked Shehla about the proof for such allegation on RSS and Nitin Gadkari. He said, “Do you have any proof for such allegation?? If not then prepare for Kejriwal style Apology 😂😂😝”
@Nishkel in a reply to Shehla’s illogical tweet said, “@nitin_gadkari is going to sue you for this .! Befor things get worse, talk to @ArvindKejriwal and get the apology letter template .! You will have to just swap the names.! Moto- Why reinvent the wheel ..!!!!”
TheLokeshSaxena via his twitter handle named @rom_solitude in a tweet said, “Bibi. Since when have you become an expert in political assassinations. You mean to say indira was killed so that sikhs could be lynched and rajiv was killed so that tamils could be massacred. I salute your conspiracy theory.”
On the other side, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said, “Knowledgeable security experts who spoke to me say: purpose of JNU product Ms. Rashid to speak about RSS murder plot and execution by Gadkari, was her knowledge that there is a plot and she was directed to create an alibi for the murderers. So Narco test of her is a must.”
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari went furious on Shehla Rashid and said that he will take a legal action against her. He in a tweet said, “I would be taking legal action on anti-social elements who have made bizzare comments; attributing personal motives to me, regarding the assassination threat to PM @narendramodi.”
Soon after Nitin Gadkari said that he will take a legal action, Shehla Rashid was so scared that she termed her tweet as ‘sarcasm’. Fearing legal action, she immediately posted another tweet saying, “No one's suggesting that Mr. @nitin_gadkari is trying to kill the PM. But the rhetorical point that I'm trying to make is, "How does it feel to be in Umar Khalid's shoes? We're called tukde tukde gang, Jihadis, anti-nationals. My limited point is, MUSLIMS ARE NOT FAIR GAME!!”
Shehla also gave a statement regarding the ongoing controversy about her tweet on Nitin Gadkari’s involvement in PM Modi’s assassination plot.

For Communist Party of India (Maoist) (CPI (M)) people, killing the oppositions is as simple as playing, they just consider one thing, kill the opposition. Something like this happened when Pune Police gave a statement to Court that the arrested were on the verge to create “another Rajiv Gandhi-type incident” as they have seized a letter from the residence of one of the five persons, who were arrested on Wednesday for "links" with the banned Communist Party of India (Maoist), that hinted at plans to assassinate PM Narendra Modi.

Sudhir Dhawale, noted Dalit activist-publisher from Mumbai
Surendra Gadling, a human rights lawyer
Mahesh Raut, tribal activist
Shoma Sen, Nagpur University English Professor from Nagpur
Rona Wilson, an activist from New Delhi.
Who is Shehla Rashid?
Shehla Rashid Shora is a Ph.D. student at the Jawaharlal Nehru University and was vice-president of the students union (JNUSU) in 2015-16. She is a member of the All India Students Association (AISA). Shora came into the limelight after the JNU student union president Kanhaiya Kumar was arrested on charges of sedition over the JNU sedition controversy in February 2016, leading the student agitation calling for the release of Kumar, Umar Khalid, and others.
