Israel opens wide doors of development, Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani join hands with President Netyanahu on various fields

Israel, June 29: India is demographically enhancing its relations with the neighboring as well as other countries as well. In a new attempt to tighten the noose of relations with Israel, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on June 28 met Israel President Netyanahu to knock developments in the field of agriculture, cyber security, water management and innovation.

 

Earlier this year in January, Israel President Netyanahu visited India and had expressed his pleasure in enhancing ties with the country. During his visit, the President had visited Gujarat. India and Israel share cordial bilateral relations with each other and therefore Israel President Netyanahu extended his great wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The alliance between the two countries has enhanced because of PM Modi’s visit to Israel.

The meeting between the two ministers is slated to bring many reforms as the President assured that the country will help Gujarat in enabling water management and therefore proposed to set up a joint working group to promote such cooperation in a sustained manner so that more ideas can be taken forward in a systematic manner.

Enhancing its reach on innovation and technology, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani discussed ways to set up a cyber-apprenticeship program where Gujarat & Israel can jointly sponsor bright students to join 5-10 week Apprenticeship program which can provide faster opportunities of technology transfer and bright job opportunities.

The Chief Minister also shared his views on boosting the technological aspects of agricultural development. The two ministers have agreed to consider a piloting precision and digital Agriculture farming project in Gujarat which would help the farmers of Gujarat to a great extent.

The Israel visit is the first outdoor visit of CM Vijay Rupani after he resumed his office.
