No relief for Latha Rajinikanth in Ad Bureau’s non-payment case

New Delhi, July 10: Latha Rajinikanth, wife of Superstar Rajinikanth will have to face the legal proceedings in a plea filed by Ad Bureau Advertising Pvt Ltd on the issue of non-payment.
The Apex Court on Tuesday negated the order passed by Karnataka High Court to quash criminal proceedings against Latha Rajinikanth.
The petitioner had accused Latha Rajinikanth of not paying the amount of Rs 2 crore for the post-production work of Tamil film Kochadaiyaan.
On July 8, 2016, the Supreme Court of India had summed Latha Rajinikanth on a petition filed by the Ad Bureau Advertising Pvt Ltd over the selling rights of the movie 'Kochadaiiyaan'.
