Kathua case: How a rape and murder conspiracy hatched to calumniate Hindus!

Srinagar, July 12: An 8-year old girl Asifa Bano’s rape and murder brought an unsparing outrage of the people and triggered a lot of debate in the country. Questions were raised on the investigations of the Jammu and Kashmir law enforcement agencies. It was said that proofs and witnesses were falsely plotted to get rid of so-called accused who was not even in the city when the unfortunate incident took place. So-called human rights activists including Shehla Rashid and many others tried to defame Hindu religion but are failing now.

An 8-year old girl Asifa Bano went missing while grazing horses in Rasana village of Hiranagar tehsil of Kathua on January 17 this year. Her body was found in woods near her village a week later.

The post-mortem was conducted by a team of doctors at the District Hospital in Kathua at 2:30 PM on the same day. On 22 January 2018, the investigation of the case was transferred to Crime Branch and Crime Headquarters Jammu and Kashmir. A statement released by the police listed seven individuals who had been arrested and charged over the crime, including four police officers.

One of the accused was 15 years old, though a medical examination later suggested he was 19. Sanji Ram, one of the accused, was described by the police as having devised the plan of kidnap and murder. The charge sheet against the seven adults accused of the crime was filed on 9 April. The accused were charged under Sections 302, 376, 201 and 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code.

But now it seems to get proved that a major conspiracy was planned against all the accused only with an aim to defame Hindu religion. The false plot made by Shehla Rashid gang and others to defame Hindu religion is now slowly and steadily getting exposed with victim girl's alleged father admitted that he is not real father.

On Monday this week, Asifa Bano’s alleged father admitted in the court during a hearing in the case that he is not a real father and did all the drama on a direction of Talib Hussain to get money collected in the name of Victim by Shehla Gang.

A well-known practicing advocate Prashant Patel Umrao bringing this into light via tweet said, “#Kathua victim girl's alleged father admits in court that he is not real father of girl & he did all drama on direction of Talib Hussain to get money collected in the name of Victim by Shehla Gang. Truth will prevail!”

Now if the father is unreal then the authenticity of other proofs and witnesses remain questionable. It is also worth to note that a social activist and advocate who led the agitation against the rapists in the Kathua gang rape-cum-murder, Talib Hussain has been accused of domestic violence. The FIR was registered against Talib Hussain after preliminary enquiry by the police into the complaint of his wife Nusrat Begum.

In another tweet, Prashant Patel Umrao said, “#Kathua case was conspired 3 months later of incident in April by Rahbar Foundation of US. Lutyens Journo,A Jammu Cong leader,Shehla,Deepika,Shekhar,Talib Hussain & fake father Md. Yusuf of victim were involved to collect money & defame Hindus.”

Amongst main witnesses, Chemist Rajnish Khajuria who allegedly sold sedatives to an accused turns hostile witness and reportedly told the court that Crime Branch officials had tortured him to get his statement.

Taking a dig at Shehla Rashid and her gang CBFC Board Member khemchand Sharma tweeted, “Another big exposed in #Kathua case!! Chemist (Rajnish Khajuria) who allegedly sold sedatives to an accused turns hostile witness and reportedly told the court that Crime Branch officials had tortured him to get his statement..@Shehla_Rashid : Last chance 4 ur gang to confess!”

Roles of politicians and JK CM Mehbooba Mufti in question:

The in-charge of the SIT team, Irfan Wani, had been accused of rape of a little girl and murder of his brother Rishi Kumar. 4 of the 5 SIT members are Muslims. Why did they have to get a team from Kashmir, and not Jammu itself?

The ruling party BJP has also questioned the involvement of a tainted officer in the investigation.

Let’s read here how some organizations hatched the conspiracy to blame the Hindus in Jammu.

Asifa’s body was never found in temple.

This is the first image of Asifa when her body was found, Where do we see temple in this ? No one see any temple.

Initially, it was said that it was just a murder in the post-mortem report but then suddenly the narrative was changed of the whole story in 2nd post-mortem it was said that it was a case of rape and murder.

It is also told that the whole community of Asifa has left the village but in reality they are forced to leave as they know the whole reality of this case and hence they are either put in captivity or pressurized.

The police investigation is also questionable: 

1) According to this detailed investigation, Asifa was repeatedly sedated as she was raped over 7 days. And for some reason, the strip of tablets she was drugged with was, as per police report, "kept under a heap of garbage near an electric pole outside the Devisthan."

Question- Why will anyone throw any proof near the crime spot?

2) Police report says that the accused washed the clothes worn by Asifa at the time of her death to remove the clay and blood stains/sperm before forensic tests.

Question- Did the accused put it back on her? Do forensics confirm this? And what about forensic report on fluid, hair and evidence on and in her?

3) Jammu and Kashmir police said one if the hair strands recovered from the Devisthan matched with the DNA profile of Victim Asifa which confirmed that the victim was kept in captivity at Devisthan.

Question- Asifa was gangraped and tortured for 7 days in this place and police have got only one hair strand?

4) JK police in its report said it has DNA and physical evidence.

Question- The charge sheet said that the police got only one strand of Asifa's hair from the temple where she was kept, raped and tortured for days and nothing from forensics and autopsy. Is that possible?

5) The pictures show Asifa's face, body and hair dusty and covered with mud. But police report says she was kept and abused inside the temple premise, carried outside, kept on an accused's lap and strangled and then her body dumped in the forest.

Question- Where did all the mud come from?

6) The police report clearly states that Asifa was strangled and "in order to make sure that the victim is dead, hit her twice on head with stone."

Question- But the pictures clearly show that it was not.

However, in the future there will be more revelations, we just have to wait and watch.
