Former Andhra Pradesh CM N Kiran Kumar Reddy once again joined hands with Congress

New Delhi, July 13: N Kiran Kumar Reddy, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh ahead of the 2019 general election re-joined Congress. After the gap of four years, Reddy is all set to kick-start the new political innings with Congress.  The senior leader today met National President Rahul Gandhi and officially confirmed the big development.
 
 

On this occasion, former Kerala Chief Minister and Andhra Pradesh in-charge Oomen Chandy, former Union Minister Pallam Raju, state Congress Chief N Raghuveera Reddy and other officials were.

Senior Congress leader and newly appointed AP in-charge Oomen Chandy was instrumental in pursuing Reddy who had left the party after the bifurcation of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh.

N Kiran Kumar Reddy was the last Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh. During the whole bifurcation drama, Reddy had openly protested against the move and eventually resigned from the post of Chief Minister.

A former Cricket player, Kiran Kumar Reddy had floated the Jai Samaikya Andhra Party but failed miserably in 2014.
