Ahead of the no-confidence motion, Chandra Babu Naidu seeks support for AP’s plight

Amaravati/New Delhi, July 19: Ahead of the crucial no-confidence motion against the BJP led Central government, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam National President Nara Chandra Babu requested all lawmakers across the country to back TDP’s move against the center.

In his letter to Lok Sabha members, Naidu blamed ruling party for not addressing key issues raised by the coastal state. He slammed BJP for not fulfilling demands under the AP Reorganization Act, 2014. The Chief Minister accused BJP of non –cooperation over the promise made during 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

 

 
 
Naidu highlighted key issues raised by the State government under the AP bifurcation Act. According to media reports, apex leadership of the regional outfit is closely monitoring the situation and asked TDP MPs to catch the ‘anti-BJP’ sentiments during the much anticipated no trust motion.

In order to take on Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP government, TDP MPs met several opposition leaders and sought support for the much-awaited proceedings of no-confidence motion which is scheduled for Friday.
