GTU professor to get special training from UK based institution

Ahmadabad, Aug 20: In a bid to enhance the quality of existing education ecosystem, Gujarat technical university will arrange special training for its professors. The varsity under the banner of Global Training Education Programme (GTEP) will conduct sessions on global education.

The main aim of this programme is to study and implement the good practices adopted and certified by the British High Commission.

As quoted by Chitralekha, near about 750 professions across the state had already availed the training of the state-sponsored programme.

Gujarat government and Global Training Education Programme (GTEP) will send selected delegates for the special training session at Landon.

With this training, faculties will get first-hand teaching, learning and operational management of educational institutions of international standards.

In March 2017, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani had launched the platform under UK-India collaboration.
