Mumbai, August 28: Be ready from September 3 at 9 pm as your favorite show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ will be on Sony Entertainment Television channel to boost up your knowledge with superstar, megastar, and man of the century Actor Amitabh Bachchan.


 

Indian legendary superstar Amitabh Bachchan has begun the shooting in Mumbai for the 10th season of one of the popular television show in the country "Kaun Banega Crorepati" (KBC) on Saturday.

Even Big B looked excited to shoot for the television and took to his twitter account to express it as he wrote, "KBC' begins again! Its been 18 years and the 10th season now. Been a long association, Never possible without your love and support".

Amitabh Bachchan also wrote about his commencement of shooting on his blog, "It's been 18 years of 'KBC' in India and the 10th season, a majority of which have been associated with me. Seems strange but there it is those first days of its initiation in the year 2000, its struggles and trials, and now to be still at it in the year 2018 is by itself some revelation".

Big B that also revealed that meeting people and to hear their stories of struggle and condition on the show is heartbreaking at times.

"Yet when you witness their achievements and the liberation of all their woes, it is the most satisfying moment. A life changes and in some small way when 'KBC' is able to achieve that then the association with the game show is all the more worthy," he added.

'KBC' originally aired on Star Plus for the first 3 seasons from 2000 to 2007 and was commissioned by the programming team of Sameer Nair. Since 2010, it had been airing on Sony TV and produced by Big Synergy.

The 75-year-old star has hosted six seasons of the show, except the 3rd edition, which was hosted by superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

Basically "Kaun Banega Crorepati" is the Indian version of the British popular program "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire".
