Dehradun, August 29: The High Court has directed the Central and the State Government to file a reply in Ghadarpur of Udham Singh Nagar District, which considers the case of Bangladeshi inflators extremely dangerous. The next hearing in the case has been fixed September 14.

Suresh Mandal, a resident of Gadarpur, filed a public interest petition saying that 367 Bangladeshi people have been injected to their village panchayat. They have also obtained all types of certificates. Not only this, Bangladesh has also occupied the posts of Gram Panchayat. The petitioner says that after the petition has been filed, his problems have increased and he is being harassed.

Many cases of Bangladeshi infiltrations have surfaced in Uttarakhand. Rishikesh, Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar have also been infiltrated by them. It is not that no action is being taken on this, the police are continuously campaigning against these cases and they have also taken into custody the inflators.

Not only this but these settlers settling in slums have now started claiming even on government schemes. Among all these, the government has also made it clear that such people living in the habitations who are not Indians will not be provided access to the housing facility run by the government. Actually, the number of Bangladeshi people living illegally in the state is increasing constantly.
