Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, P Muralidhar Rao, to attend DMK’s all-party meeting

Chennai, Aug 30: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and BJP National secretary Muralidhar Rao will represent BJP in the all-party meeting convened by newly elected DMK chief M K Stalin. The all-party meeting will discuss the framework of late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK stalwart M Karunanidhi’s proposed memorial.
Earlier, BJP National President Amit Shah was supposed to participate in the deliberations, later Nitin Gadkari and Muralidhar Rao were asked to attend the same. Besides Gadkari, former Prime Minister and JD(S) Chief HD Deve Gowda, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi, TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, CPM General Secretary Sitaram Yechury are other are expected to grace the occasion.
