U’Khand to organize its first ever Investor Summit in October; PM Modi to cut the ribbon

Dehradun, August 8: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the Destination Uttarakhand Investors Summit 2018, which will be held in the first week of October. The main event will be organized at Maharana Pratap Sports Stadium, Dehradun. The date for the summit is now proposed on October 4 and 5.


 

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has launched the brand logo and website for Investor's Summit in the program organized in CM Housing on Monday. He has also tweeted saying, “Uttarakhand will organize its first Investors Summit in Oct 2018; titled Destination Uttarakhand this summit will showcase opportunities in 12 focus areas. I request everyone to be part of this initiative and help our Devbhumi realize its true potential.”

On this occasion, CM said that Destination Uttarakhand will provide a platform for international and domestic investors to invest in the state. Investors, producers, policymakers and industrial organizations from around the world will participate in this.

 

Investment in the state will provide employment to the local youth in different areas. This will give opportunity to state entrepreneurs CM said that local entrepreneurs should be tie-ups with the investors coming from outside in the state. Both will benefit from this. The logo of the Summit is inspired by the Valley of Flowers.
