TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu lures Telugu NRIs; seeks support for 2019 poll

New York, Sept 25: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu has appealed Telugu NRIs to join hands for state’s prosperity. Addressing the meeting of Telugu community here, Naidu urged professionals to support state government’s endeavor of building a world-class state.

Referring to the upcoming 2019 general election, the Telugu Desam Party National President requested Telugu community to ensure the return of the yellow army.

Expressing happiness over IT Minister Nara Lokesh’s Telugu Desam Mahanadu overseas engagement drive, Babu maintained that every TDP member should strive hard for the fulfillment of NT Rama Rao’s dream.

Commenting on socio-political developments in the state, the Chief Minister asked Telugu community to use digital platforms for the effective poll campaign.

Talking about the NRI voting right bill which is pending in Rajya Sabha, Naidu opined that Telugu NRIs should utilize the golden opportunity for the welfare of the state. He announced that a separate NRI TDP Seva Kendra would be constituted for better coordination.
