New Delhi, September 26: Delhi court has agreed to hear a plea by Enforcement Directorate on October 8, seeking custodial interrogation of Karti Chidambaram in Aircel-Maxis case on Tuesday.
Special Judge O P Saini adjourned the matter as the probe agency sought more time to advance arguments on the application. Karti's advocates too pleaded to post the matter for October 8, when the court is already scheduled to hear Karti's anticipatory bail application.
The court had also directed the ED not to take any coercive action against Karti till October 8.
