Karnataka will get its due share from Mahadayi: Irrigation Minister D K Shivakumar

Hubballi, Sept 26: Expressing displeasure over Mahadayi Water Dispute Tribunal ’s verdict, Karnataka Water Resource Minister D K Shivakumar said that appropriate legal majors will be taken against the unjust ruling of Mahadayi Tribunal.

Speaking to the media here, Shivakumar assured that Karnataka will get its due from the Mahadayi basin. He informed that state government will convene an all-party meeting in order the fix the future course of action. 

Mahadayi Water Dispute Tribunal, the centrally appointed legal body is looking after the long pending inter-state water sharing dispute between Goa and Karnataka.
