Hyderabad, Sept 7: Taking a cue from K Chandrashekhar Rao’s move, Telugu Sesam Party Chairman and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu will hold a brainstorming session with key office bearers of Telangana unit.

On Saturday Naidu will address the meeting of TDP workers in order to finalize the poll strategy for upcoming assembly elections. According to media reports, one section of the party is very keen on joining hands with Congress in order to improve the performance of the Yellow Army.

Yesterday, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao met Governor ESL Narasimhan and recommended the dissolution of the state assembly. Later, speaking to the media, when asked about proposed poll-alliance with TDP, KCR categorically rejected the same. Taking a dig at Chandra Babu, Rao said that Telangana Rashtra Samithi will not team up with Andhra Party.

In 119 member Telangana assembly, TDP enjoys the support of three lawmakers. In 2014, riding on the wave of Telangana agitation, Chandrashekhar Rao’s TRS had swept the state with 90 seats.
