Combination of social harmony and patriotism: CRPF’s “Bharat Darshan” tour

Srinagar, January 14: A ‘Bharat Darshan’ tour is being organized by CRPF under Civic Action Program. Children from various districts of the state are participating in this tour.

 
Ram Kumar, Commandant 38 Bn. CRPF flagged off 15 children for the tour here from Headquarters 38 Bn. CRPF, Smailpur, Samba. Pertinently, 38 Bn. CRPF is facilitating a 07 days tour, started today, during which the children would be visiting various historical places in Mumbai and Delhi. During his address to the students, Kumar reiterated that such programs organized by CRPF commensurate the public friendly image of the Force and reflects its commitment towards contribution in the development of society.
He also appealed students to learn wherever they visit. Enthusiasm was evident among the students going for tour. Highlighting the requirement of such programs, Kumar appealed children to become exemplary citizens of the country. The main objective of this mission is to apprise youth about the social harmony in the nation and culture, heritage and tourist places of the different parts of the nation so that become better citizens. The entire arrangement of conveyance to Mumbai and Delhi made by CRPF.
The arrangement for the tour is made under the guidance of Ram Kumar, During the event, A. Padma Kumar, Commandant 33 Bn; Ashish Kumar Jha, Commandant 166 Bn; B P Yadav, Commandant 84 Bn; K D Joshi Commandant 160 Bn besides other officers and personnel of CRPF, parents/guardian of children with their school teacher/staff were also present.
