A discourse on India China; Misri sees the Chinese experts abiding mutual ties

New Delhi, January 19: Enhancing the extant bilateral ties between India and China, Indian Ambassador to China, Vikram Misri met a selected group of Chinese experts with strong links to India discussing practical steps to further enhance economic, cultural and people-to-people ties between the duo.
 

 
Growth in bilateral investment has not kept pace with the expansion in trading volumes between the two countries. While both countries have emerged as top investment destinations for the rest of the world, mutual investment flows are yet to catch up. “A very productive afternoon!”, Misri tweeted in relation yesterday.
 
Earlier this week the Ambassador had hailed the Sino Indian Digital Collaboration Plaza, it being an online platform to bring Indian IT solution providers and Chinese enterprises closer to each other, launched on 10th of January.
 
 
“Indian IT enterprises are world renowned for their expertise in Business transformation and operational optimization by using IT tools in complex business environments. Indian IT enterprises have a long and distinguished pedigree of International Clients, whom they have helped transform their businesses and globalize and revolutionize with changing times”, reported the statement.
 
 
Stressing the promotion of Indian art and culture in the Chinese territory, the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre aligned to the Indian Embassy at Beijing adheres to music, dance and yoga classes following regular organising of the cultural activities.
