New Delhi, January 3: “The 2019 polls are special because those born in the 21st century will also vote. Requested first time voters to bless BJP and talked about why the BJP’s development agenda strikes a chord with people from all sections of society.”, tweeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday while interacting with the BJP party workers from Kakinada, Machilipatnam, Narsapur, Vishakhapatnam and Vizianagram, under the ‘Mera Booth Sabse Majboot’ outreach programme in new year. He urged the BJP workers to engage with the first time voters in discussion to showcase what his government has done for the country since 2014. It was important to establish a deeper connection with the youth to understand their aspirations and ambitions for the country.

“Among the youth those who have turned 18 just upright, or are voting for the first time are to be welcomed with great joy. It is our priority to understand them in order to establish a deeper connect with them. If we observe them closely, we will learn about their thinking, cultures and ambitions. The youth does not believe in negativity, but in positivity”, he said addressing the karyakartas stressing over to focus on the youth and their ambitions.

Regarding the issue of Andhra Pradesh blaming the Central Government for the mischiefs in the state, PM Modi urged to say that, ”I am aware of the problems faced in Andhra Pradesh. We expect them to tell the people that they have failed to fulfil their promises. It is natural that they are going to blame Modi. If they had done some work, they could have talked about it.”
“They have nothing to expose to the masses. People know the reality of those in power in the state. They talk about the false aspects and are interested in blaming others for their faults. They indulge themselves in the scams. They are not committed to their ideologies, how can we expect them to be commiteed to the people?”, he pondered further.

“To hide their own failures, the TDP Government in AP is spreading so many lies. BJP’s truth will defeat the Tsunami of TDP’s lies. It is high time the AP Government answer the people of the state on their own misdoings. Karyakartas told me how NTR Garu referred to Congress as 'Dushta Congress' but for TDP today, it is 'Dost Congress.’ People know the reality of TDP and Congress. Based on our work in the last 4.5 years, I can confidently say that it is BJP that will fulfil AP’s aspirations.”, he mentioned in the series of tweets further.
