Actor Vivek Oberoi confirmed for ‘ NaMo story’; first look on 7 January

Mumbai, Jan 4: After the successful outing of 'Mary Kom' and 'Sarabjit' filmmaker Omung Kumar is all set to narrate the story of India’s most sought-after Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

As confirmed by Film critic and analyst Taran Adarsh, actor Vivek Oberoi will be essaying the role of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Produced by Sandip Singh, makers are planning to release the first look on 7 January.

The film will be extensively shot in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and New Delhi where Modi had spent most of his life. According to media reports, the period drama will trace the untouched events of Narendra Modi’s unprecedented journey.

Last seen in 2017 Tamil espionage drama ‘Vivegam’, Vivek Oberoi is currently busy with his debut Telugu Movie ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani.

A staunch follower of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the 42-year actor had extensively participated in the 2014 poll campaign supporting the candidature of BJP’s Narendra Modi.

On Jan 12, 2014, during a Youth Summit in Nagpur, he shared the stage with RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat. Marking the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda Oberoi appealed youth to vote for “ Narendra ”.
