Not providing any kind of poll services to Shiv Sena: JD(U) leader Prashant Kishor

Patna, Feb 11: Veteran Pollster and Janta Dal (U) Vice-President Prashant Kishor on Monday negated all the reports over the proposed assignment with Shiv Sena for the upcoming general election and Maharashtra assembly polls.

Speaking to the media, Kishor termed his recent meeting with Shiv Sena head Uddhav Thackeray as just a courtesy call. He further added that having the post of Vice-President of JD(U), the question of poll services to Shiv Sena does not arise.

 

When asked about the ongoing political developments, Kishor stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the leader of NDA will be re-elected. He also mentioned that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will play a crucial role in crafting NDA’s victory.

Commenting on Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s new political assignment, the JD(U) leader opined that her entry into active politics will influence not have much impact on the 2019 results. On this occasion, Kishor who was the part of Congress poll strategy formulation revealed that his suggestion over the induction of Priyanka Gandhi was tuned down by then  Congress leadership.

 A medical professional, Prashant Kishor shot to fame with his Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC). He was instrumental in formulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s gigantic election Campaign. In 2015 Bihar assembly election,  I-PAC founder assisted JD(U)- RJD grand alliance. Last year, Kishor officially joined JD(U)
