RSS condemns Pulwama attack, urges nation to financially support families of martyrs

New Delhi, February 18: “We share the immense grief of the families of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation. The valiant men have died for the nation and it is the nation's responsibility to take care of their old parents, their wife, children and their needs of education and livelihood”, said Suresh Joshi of RSS expressing condolences on the martyrs who lost their lives in the Pulwama terror attack.

 

 

“The entire nation is grief stricken over the loss of lives. There is now a state of proxy war in the country with security men sacrificing their lives somewhere or other so that we can live in peace”, he said extending full support to the families in their bad times.

 

We can individually support the families of the martyrs through the 'Bharat ke Veer' app or website launched by the Govt of India. There are options on the app to support the families of more than one martyr or to contribute to the Bharat ke Veer corpus fund. “The Karyakartas of Sangh have always come forward to fulfil their responsibility on such occasions. We are today facing one such crucial situation”, he added meanwhile.

 

He on behalf of the Sangh called upon all Karyakartas and all patriots to consider it their duty to extend all possible help and also demonstrate unity, forbearance and courage under these challenging circumstances. “Donations can be made directly to the Bharat ke Veer app managed by Union Home Ministry or on the website of Indian Bravehearts”, he urged further signing off.
