Mumbai, March 4: folded hands .. folded emotions .. folded in reverence to them that give their all for us in safety .. what be the metal they be made of .. what their build up and thought… says one of the veteran actors of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan as paying his respect to our brave soldiers of Defence.

 

Whether it may be Air Force, Army or Navy, their dedications cannot be measured into the scales because the way they have dedicated themselves to the country for our safety is nothing but the biggest sacrifice in itself.

Let’s take the biggest example, In a brave attempt, Pakistan’s F-16 was shot down by Wing Commander Abhinandan with IAF’s MiG 21. It was on February 27, three F-16 jets entered the Indian territory, following which the Indian Air Force sent their own aircrafts on air to tackle them. Within no time, the Pakistani F-16s were forced back, and one of their jet was even shot down by IAF's MiG 21.

It was during this clash with Pakistan Air Force that Wing Commander Abhinandan's jet was shot, and he ended up landing in PoK, following which he was taken into custody. With Pakistan's bluff on no terror objects used during their attempt to enter Indian territory, India gave a befitting reply by slating the truth before the world.
