What? The God of Weapons? Yes, Brahmastra it is..!

March 6: The most talked about films since Kumbh Mela conclusion, ‘Brahmastra’ finally released their official logo. Their larger than ever logo revealation in the sky had grabbed millions of eyeballs at Prayagraj earlier.

 

The Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer fantasy drama ‘Brahmastra’ is expected to mine India’s mythical tales like never before. The film’s team has revealed the logo almost nine months before the official release along with some other important details.

 

According to Hindu mythology, Brahmastra is Hindu God Brahma’s powerful weapon that can destroy the universe. The weapon is considered lethal and like its name suggests, the film’s title, Brahmastra, refers to ‘ancient wisdom, energies and power’.

Just recently Alia-Ranbir along with director Ayan Mukerji had launched the logo of the film at the Kumbh Mela by making it a dreamy drone-driven watch. This was the first time ever where the makers of a film involved drones and announced the logo on such a huge scale on the auspicious day of Mahashivratri.

 

 

The team also performed a puja on the banks of the Ganges at Prayagraj and further went on to reveal the names of the characters played by Ranbir and Alia as Shiva and Isha respectively.

 

 

Written and directed by Ayan Mukerji, ‘Brahmastra’ is a triology with this being the first part. The film produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions will star a solid cast of legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and South Superstar Nagarjuna in pivotal roles.

 

The film has been the most ambitious project for director Ayan Mukerji. He earlier shared the original art of the logo of his dream project on his social media account.

 

With this larger than ever logo release, and such big Bollywood and Tollywood names attached to it, no wonder if this ‘powerful weapon’ aka ‘Brahmastra’ makes rounds in all Bollywood conversations till Christmas 2019!
