Lucknow, Dec 30: with less than a month remaining for the most important electoral battle of Uttar Pradesh Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to address the Maha-Parivartan rally on January 2 in Lucknow.
With an aim to gather around 10 lakh people in the rally, the BJP leaders are making all out efforts to make it historic. The Maha-Parivartan rally will set the tone for the party’s poll campaign for Uttar Pradesh Assembly said state party official.
Informing about the preparations State BJP general secretary Vijay Bahadur Pathak said that members of all booth committees across the state would participate in the rally. “There are over 1.47 lakh polling booths in UP and leaders have been asked to bring at least 6 members of each booth committee,” he said.
In order to ensure the full proof security for the PM’s rally UP government has beefed up the security by deploying 20 companies of CRPF and 8 companies of PAC along with 5 SP rank, 10 ASP and 20 DSP rank officers.
