Itanagar, December 31: After a spectacular feud in Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh ended with a unsensational way, now another state is handling the political crisis in a most dramatic way.
Arunachal Pradesh which was going into a political chaos has immediately come out with a solution. The earlier government formed by Peoples Party of Arunachal under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu has now become the Bharatiya Janata party formed govt under the same CM candidate.
This dramatic update has been shared by none other than Ram Madhav who is the National General Secretary of BJP.
In a tweet, Ram Madhav says: Arunachal has a BJP govt now. CM Pema Khandu, with 33 MLAs merges PPA in BJP. BJP govt has 45 BJP+2 and MLAs support in a 60-member Assembly.
In a political shift, 33 MLAs of People's Party of Arunachal Pradesh PPA have joined the BJP.
On Friday, CM Khandu and six other MLAs were suspended from the PPA, even as his government claimed majority support and the BJP’s backing.
