HC order on #Kanhaiya Bail: A warning for all those inciting anti-India chorus
Kanhaiya Kumar has become a darling icon of entire anti-Modi gang. After felling of Congress scion Rahul Gandhi and AAP Supremo Arvind Kejriwal as counterchallenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, now a new experiment is being conducted in Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union President Kanhaiya Kumar, who has recently been bailed out by a group of high profile lawyers.
A particular section of Indian Media celebrated the bailout of Kanhaiya Kumar as a national festival. They aired Kanhaiya’s first speech after his so called ‘release’ as a national victory, unmasking self. Disgracing their credibility as an impartial media, news channels broadcast Kanhaiya’s bailout speech as ‘victory speech’ by any commander who has won a battle. Lining up for his personal interview, NDTV anchors Ravish (Rubbish?) Kumar and Barkha Dutt have already showered lots of flowers on Kanhaiya. His interviews by both Barkha and Ravish exclusively for NDTV news channel show a pattern to glorify the comrade student leader and present him as a best ever champion of freedom of speech selectively bypassing his presence at JNU on February 9 evening where the leftist anti-national gang gave those slogans.
Afzal Guru Maqbool Bhatt Jindabad
Bharat Ki Barbadi Tak Jung Rahegi Jung Rahegi
Go India Go Back
Indian Army Murdabad
Bharat Tere Tukkde Honge– Inshaallaha Inshaallaha
Afzal Ki Hatya Nahi Sahenge Nahi Sahenge
Bandook Ki Dum Pe Lenge Aazadi
(Identified by the Delhi High Court in its order)
A selective approach and compassion about the person who is undergoing sedition charges and bailed out hearing a loud and clear message by India’s judiciary which talks the lingo of Law and framework of Constitution.
In his interview with Ravish, Kanhaiya preached – “Those Naxalites killed by Security forces should be considered as Martyrs” and the Journalist listened it with a favouring response.
On the other hand, entire political opposition and more than that the Leftist clan in Indian Media has been so magnetized towards the 28-year-old Maoist student leader and fascinated with idea to use him as an instrument to counter Narendra Modi, Kanhaiya being the young face in Indian politics after shrinking of their demi gods - Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi.
In the meantime, AwardWapsi gang frontrunner Nayantara Sehgal is able to see a Messiah (of Marxist) in Kanhaiya. The neo Kanhaiya ‘Bhakt’ Sehgal says "We owe him a huge debt of gratitude for taking us out of that molasses of depression which many of us had fallen into for a while. Mr Modi has met his match in Kanhaiya Kumar. How frantic!
Interestingly both Rahul and Kejariwal have supported JNU anti-national sloganeering assuming that it will crush Modi like anything. In his each tweet on #JNUrow, Kejriwal has targeted Modi.
But this criminal and seditious patronage has helped the common Indians to decide on his future vote. Kanhaiya Kumar, who is one of the leaders of anti-national JNU gang and a pawn of anti-Indian criminal Maoists, is released on a bail which is temporary and will last for six months only.
The Leftists and Maoists have a bitter history to obey Indian ethos and constitution. Their bloodthirsty kin are killing policemen and common people on a daily basis for the same Azadi which has became a war cry of Kanhaiya Kumar after his release. (Earlier, it was Azadi from India).
Though the lawyers of LeT terrorist Ishrat Jehan and Maoist Kobad Ghandi were in the heavyweight advocate team to fight on behalf of Kanhaiya, the High Court has made it loud and clear to each ‘Freedom of Speech’ pleader who wants to rant anti-national slogans and take shelter of the Article 19 in India’s Constitution.
The HC verdict on Kanhaiya’s bail slams the whole anti India narrative present before the Court in the form of Kanhaiya Kumar.
“It is a case of raising anti-national slogans which do have the effect of threatening national integrity”, comments the High Court.
Bail Order of Kanhaiya Kumar in Sedition Case by latest laws team
HC refers the averments made in Para 14 of the writ-petition of Kanhaiya, which says: “That the petitioner has committed no offence whatsoever, and the wild and baseless allegations being made against him are not only irresponsible and false, the utterances (speech or slogans) attributable to the petitioner, is not in violation of any law, or the Constitution of India, and as such the petitioner has committed no offence.”
Reacting to the hollowness of words, the Court has slammed the anti-national rhetoric.
The HC order says: “….such persons enjoy the freedom to raise such slogans in the comfort of University Campus but without realising that they are in this safe environment because our forces are there at the battle field situated at the highest altitude of the world where even the oxygen is so scarce that those who are shouting anti-national slogans holding posters of Afzal Guru and Maqbool Bhatt close to their chest honouring their martyrdom, may not be even able to withstand those conditions for an hour even.”
Further the Court order says: “The kind of slogans raised may have demoralizing effect on the family of those martyrs who returned home in coffin draped in Tricolour.”
The Court reminded the JNU Afzal gang and its patrons that like right regarding freedom of speech and expression guaranteed in Part-III under Article 19(1) (a) of Constitution of India, there is one more not ignorable Part-IV under Article 51A of Constitution of India which speaks about fundamental duties of every citizen along with the fact that rights and duties are two sides of the same coin.
The HC Court order says: “Freedom of expression enjoyed by every citizen can be subjected to reasonable restrictions under Article 19(2) of our Constitution. The feelings or the protest reflected in the slogans needs introspection by the student community whose photographs are available on record holding posters carrying photographs of Afzal Guru and Maqbool Bhatt.”
The High Court has also warned the administration of JNU and the faculties to restrict the anti-India doctrine being spread in the campus.
The High Court says that the reason behind anti-national views in the mind of students who raised slogans on the death anniversary of Afzal Guru, who was convicted for attack on our Parliament, which led to this situation have not only to be found by them but remedial steps are also required to be taken in this regard by those managing the affairs of the JNU so that there is no recurrence of such incident.
The hype of Azadi champion Kanhaiya, the neo-hero of Comrades and the most sought after tool for all those who have joined hands to diminish Modi, are a crafted one. India has seen such forged messiahs of terrorists and Maoists earlier too who never got support by the real Indian populace which has deep routed patriotic sensing in its genes.
The Court verdict on Kanhaiya’s bail plea in reality is a warning to the notorious clan of Barkha Dutt, Kejriwal, Rahul Gandhi, Ravish Kumar, Sagarika Ghose, Rajdeep Sardesai, Prashant Bhushan, Medha Patkar et el, who are in an attempt to wage a war against Narendra Modi, are actually inciting a war against India by patronizing anti-national Pakistan-sponsored Islamic terrorists, J & K separatists and Maoists who are on a blood-filled route.
In fact it’s a last battle lost for Marxists and Naxalites in India, that’s the real worrying cause for all those who are inciting anti-India chorus.
