Bhilai, January 12: Swami Ramdev ones again showcased the ultimate power of Yoga by creating five world records in one day at Bhilai on Thursday. Notably, the event is organised to celebrate National Youth Day in Yoga way on the 154th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
In this ceremony, over one lakh people together performed five different yoga exercises and created the five world records in one day. Surya Namaskar, Kapal Bhati, Anulom Vilom, Shurshashan and push ups are the five different Yoga exercises were performed and created a world record.
The massive event took place at Jayanti Stadium in Bhilai on a 36-acre ground. Around 36 blocks have been made for practitioners and 18 huge Tv screens have been put up on the ground to facilitate monitoring of making of world records. Chief Minister of Chattisgarh Dr. Raman Singh himself participated in this event and motivated the participants by performing some Yoga exercises.
Notably, UNESCO earlier in December 2016 inscribed Yoga as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity which was one of the greatest achievement for Yoga at international platform.
Swami Ramdev is amongst those Yog-gurus who has worked hard to present it globally and India’s consistent try made whole world to accept and recognise it. Today, not only India but whole world performs Yoga and also praises it.
