New Delhi, Jan 7 : Expressing a firm resolve about the prospects of BJP in upcoming polls in Manipaur Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that the BJP is going to form next government in Manipur.
Hailing the decisive nature of Prime Minister Modi Khadu said that people of North east have great faith in the leadership of PM Modi and after the unprecedented victory in Assam BJP has gained sufficient ground for heading towards victory in the state of Manipur.
He was speaking to the media during BJP’s National Executive meet. He further underlined that there was not a single BJP-ruled state in the region before Narendra Modi became Prime Minister in 2014.
“In Arunachal Pradesh, people are with BJP. So people of Manipur are making up their mind to go with BJP,” Said Khandu. Supporting the idea of simultaneous elections Khandu asserted that the decision would reduce the funding which will bring transparency.
