Monitor public grievances through 'Jana Spandana': Karnataka Chief secretary Ratna Prabha

Bengaluru, December 13: Ahead of the crucial assembly polls, Karnataka state government head by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is working hard to revive the existing ecosystem of Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System.

Just a day after the official announcement of “Seva Sindhu," a common citizen digital platform, newly appointed Karnataka Chief secretary Ratna Prabha directed all state officials to address the issues encountered by the common citizen. Speaking to the media, the top officer has urged all stakeholder to conduct 'Jana Spandana' every Tuesday between 3 pm and 5 pm to resolve grievances related to government services.

Jana Spandana is the policy initiative of Karnataka government to review the progress of the disposals of Public Grievance Petitions pending with concern department. The officials keep track on action taken against every public grievance petition.
